Paragliding in Oppenau
Due to its geographical location, Oppenau is the ideal starting point for paragliders. With its four take-off zones, Oppenau is probably the only place in the German low mountain ranges with launch possibilities in all wind directions. Many paraglider pilots from the German paragliding league and others from further afar come here for the opportunity of cross-country flights above the Black Forest or towards the Swabian Alb. Oppenau also offers the chance of tandem flights for all guests who want to “take to the air”, in cooperation with Oppenau paragliders and RenchtalAir.
